  • Field Day 2019
Yearly event on held on the fourth full weekend of June each year.
{Field Day is ham radio's open house. Every June, more than 40,000 hams throughout North America set up temporary transmitting stations in public places to demonstrate ham radio's science, skill and service to our communities and our nation. It combines public service, emergency preparedness, community outreach, and technical skills all in a single event. Field Day has been an annual event since 1933, and remains the most popular event in ham radio.} (copied from the ARRL website)

  • Everyone is invited
Field day for the KF4L Club is a time for us to come together and enjoy each others company. Filed day is also that time for you to bring your equipment and set it up. All across the country the ham bands will all be full of traffic. The perfect time to see how well your antenna works is when the bands are full of traffic. There will be plenty of people there to help you with any new equipment you have not learned how to use or set up.

  • Where is Field Day 2019?
Field day will be held at Rotary Park in Clarksville. There are two entrances to Rotary Park. We will set up Field Day on the rear entrance. The main entrance and rear entance do NOT connect. You will have to come to the rear entrance. Please refer to the map found HERE.
